Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, including competitor analysis, and will be adept at gathering and incorporating customer feedback. This role involves developing comprehensive project charters and timelines to ensure successful product development and specification delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Competitor Analysis : Conduct thorough research to understand competitors' products, strategies, and marketing positioning. Use this information to inform product development and strategic decisions.
• Customer Input : Engage with potential customers to gather insights and feedback on product needs and preferences. Incorporate this input into the product development process to ensure customer satisfaction and market relevance.
• Project Charter Development : Create detailed project charters that outline the scope, objectives, deliverable, and key milestones for product development projects.
• Timeline Management : Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all phases of product development are completed on schedule. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including progress, challenges, and any changes to the project plan.

Required Education & Qualifications

Position is remote, however candidate's location is highly preferred to be located near El Paso, TX or Grenada, MS.
