Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager Systems Engineering 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position requires full-time on-site work in our San Diego, CA campus. Reporting to Triton Enterprise Systems Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT) lead, the selected candidate will lead a team of Systems Engineers across SEIT disciplines to perform tasks in support of Triton development programs in various stages of the development cycle. The selected candidate will work with the Enterprise SEIT lead, Triton Development Program Manager, Development Chief Engineer, and other development Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure the overall developed Triton System meets all performance requirements and resolve technical and programmatic issues as they arise.

Primary Level Salary Range : $187,000.00 - $280,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
