Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician (FSQA)

Job Description :

COMPENSATION : $20 / HR

The FSQA Technician must be available to work Sunday - Friday. Our Techs work 5 days per week, 8-10 hour shifts per day. Shift start could be either 4 : 30am or 10 : 30am.

Responsibilities : The applicant must be able to display knowledge and understanding of the following skill sets :

• Taking mathematical measurements and solving simple equations
• Complete scientific conversions
• Calibrations of certain equipment and / or tools
• Completing daily quality checks, verifications, and food safety investigations
• Taking and preparing samples for lab testing
• Problem solving skills
• Clearly communicate all quality and compliance concerns to the team
