Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience :
2-5 years of technical support experience in the connector / interconnect industry (design wins preferred).
Familiarity with interconnect systems, controllers, ESS / EV charging, or battery / module systems .Basic knowledge of industry standards (e.g., UL, EIA, IEC, Telcordia ) is a plus.Technical Skills :Proficient in 3D modeling (Creo) and Product Data Management (Windchill) .
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Skills :
Strong verbal / written communication (able to explain technical concepts to global teams).Excellent customer service and relationship-building.Organized with sharp presentation skills .Responsibilities :
Customer Solutions :nalyze needs and propose power solutions (existing products, modifications, or new concepts).
Create models / presentations to showcase solutions.Technical Support :Generate engineering documents ( drawings, specs, test results ).
Collaborate with thermal / simulation teams and lab testing.Product & Market Expertise :dvise customers on emerging trends and competitive differentiation .
Build trusted relationships with key clients' engineering teams.Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) activities for new products.Travel : 30% required.
