Inside Sales Representative – Nonprofit Advertising

(Occasionally may leave early on Fridays)

Pay :

Base Salary : $60,000 per year

Once sales reach $25,000 , base pay is adjusted to $30,000 and you’ll earn 10% commission on all sales.

You’ll never make less than $60,000 annually.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll connect with nonprofit organizations to sell advertising opportunities that help them share their message and expand their reach.

You’ll use our CRM system to manage leads, track activity, and follow up with potential clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping nonprofits grow while building a rewarding sales career.

What You’ll Do

Sell advertising packages to nonprofit organizations.

Reach out to new and existing clients via phone and email.

Use a CRM tool to log all activity, leads, and opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of sales, inside sales, or account management experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable using CRM or sales tracking software.

Motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.

Experience working with nonprofits is a plus!

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Pay : Starts at $60,000 per year with commission potential after $25,000 in sales.
