Regional Marketing Manager

State Fund has an opening for a Regional Marketing Manager. The primary functions are to manage a team of Marketing Representatives in fulfilling State Fund's purpose of providing fairly priced workers' compensation insurance by establishing business relationships with brokers and working across different departments to develop and manage State Fund's book of business in the Los Angeles Region.

Under the direct supervision of the SVP of Regional Operations, the incumbent will :

• Manage the Marketing function of a Regional Office to achieve Budget Plan objectives in compliance with corporate and regulatory advisories, guidelines and procedures and through the effective use of available resources
• Effectively manage and develop staff and ensure employee engagement is maintained
• Interact across other regions, departments, and business segments to meet operational needs and enterprise objectives

Desired Qualifications :

Frequent business travel may occasionally be from overnight to five days in duration and may include, but not be limited to, plane, bus, van, taxi, or car. Travel to various work sites and locations for training and / or meetings may be necessary and work hours may vary.

Selected candidate(s) hired may be required to attend in-person Onboarding at our Vacaville office with expenses for attendance paid by State Fund.
