You will lead a team of engineers for the Prime Video Fire TV team, responsible for the dedicated Prime Video app and PV experiences on the Launcher, shaping the product and the team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Software Engineers to build a best-in-class Prime Video experience for millions of customers.
• Own the roadmap, vision, and strategy to enable customers to have a responsive, delightful, and intuitive experience when interacting with Prime Video.
• Provide coaching in design, development, testing, and operations as you design, build, and launch new features and experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Technical Program Managers, Software Engineers, and Software Managers from other teams.
• Build broader PV Fire TV strategy and roadmap and manage engineering processes to ensure operational burdens are manageable.
• Ensure customer-facing feature sets are delivered quickly and with high quality; hire, grow, and empower leaders within the team.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $166,400 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $287,700 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors including market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
