Overview of the Staff Accountant role :
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data.
- Support external audits and compliance initiatives.
Preferred qualifications for the Staff Accountant position :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or anything related to accounting
- 1+ years of related experience
- Good organization and communication skills
- Strong knowledge with excel
