Job Description

As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol - Retail Site in Plano, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Armed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence within a retail environment to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff while offering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
