Job Description

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee the accounting and reporting for multiple funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Reconcile fund transactions, including investments, distributions, and capital calls.
• Analyze and review fund performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and compliance reporting.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives related to fund accounting and financial reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Fund Accountant should have :

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting principles.
• Experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
