Role : Seeking a skilled Hot Side Technician to maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities :

Diagnose and fix ovens, fryers, steamers, grills, etc.

Perform preventive maintenance

Ensure safety and code compliance

Qualifications :

2+ years in commercial HVAC

Knowledge of gas, electric, steam equipment

Read schematics and manuals

Valid driver’s license

Active EPA Certification

OSHA 10 preferred

Flexible for on-call shifts
