Responsibilities

Enable IT teams to perform proactive monitoring.

Leverage telemetry data to detect anomalies.

Identify potential issues before they impact users.

Gain real-time visibility into network performance.

Derive actionable insights for faster incident response.

Deliver seamless connectivity, minimize downtime, and optimize user experiences.

Basic Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date : a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of people leadership experience.

5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.

3+ years of experience with routing, switching and network security solutions.

2+ years of experience with network monitoring tools and observability platforms.
