How You'll Help Us Connect The World :
As a PLM, you'll be the visionary behind end-to-end Wi-Fi solutions that combine RUCKUS's cutting-edge technologies with a powerful ecosystem of 30+ alliance partners. You'll shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver solutions that solve real-world challengesbridging the gap between innovation and market impact.
- Architect Solutions : Design scalable, secure, high-performance Wi-Fi solutions tailored to the unique needs of each vertical.
- Lead Product Strategy : Define and drive end-to-end solutions by identifying market requirements and whitespace opportunities in strategic verticals.
- Be the Voice of the Market : Act as the product and solution evangelistdeeply understanding customer pain points, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Drive Innovation : Engage directly with customers and partners to gather insights and translate them into differentiated features and solutions.
- Execute Cross-Functionally : Collaborate with engineering, platform product managers, and sales teams to deliver impactful solutionson time and on budget.
Required Qualifications :
Vertical Expertise : Deep knowledge in at least two of the following : MDU, Hospitality, Education, MWL, Service Providers, Pro-AV, Federal, or Healthcare.Technical Know-How : Proficiency in wireless networking (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, broadband), IoT / smart building integration, industrial systems (SCADA, PLCs, MES, WMS), and hospitality tech (PMS, IPTV, mobile check-in).Business Acumen : Understanding of MDU financial models, guest / tenant experience expectations, and partner go-to-market strategies.Leadership & Influence : Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $160,000.00- $240,000.00.The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
