We're pairing that intelligence with next-generation hardware to create a universal interface between humans and machines. The Recruiting Coordinator owns the machinery behind Hark's hiring: interview scheduling, candidate communication, our ATS, and the reporting that tells us whether the process is working. You will be the first person to touch most candidates after a recruiter does, and often the last person they see on an onsite day. The experience you create is a large part of how candidates decide whether Hark is a place they want to be.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $75,000 - $120,000 annually.
The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
