ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a team member for David Perkins State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. You will help grow our book of business and your paycheck by bring on new customers by prospecting, uncovering their needs, and providing insurance solutions to help cover those needs

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Prospect for new customers
  • Ask for referrals
  • Follow up on our marketing leads

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Hard working, determined, competitive, coachable, and a great positive attitude
