Director Of Human Resources
HR Works is assisting a well-established business advisory firm in its search for a Director of Human Resources to lead and centralize the HR function. This strategic role will align HR strategy with business goals and oversee key areas including talent development, employee engagement, compliance, and HR technology. The Director will also help foster a unified culture across multiple office locations.
Key Responsibilities
Advise leadership on HR strategy and organizational structure
Lead recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
Oversee compensation, benefits, and succession planning
Manage HRIS systems and explore AI tools for HR innovation
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies
Support employee relations and internal engagement initiatives
Qualifications
Required :
10 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in professional services
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
Experience with HRIS integration and multi-location teams
Strong technical proficiency; comfortable navigating and adopting new technologies
Demonstrated experience supporting or managing mergers and acquisitions
Willingness to travel 23 times per year
Preferred :
Master's degree and / or SHRM-SCP certification
Familiarity with platforms like BambooHR or Monday.com
Understanding of AI applications in HR
Experience with employee ownership models
The compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $175,000 annually.
