Job Summary / Company : Our client is looking for a fully remote testing Lead. The Testing Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing strategy, resource allocation, and team management for various testing roles including automation testers, functional testers, and CAT testers. The Testing Lead will work closely with the Environment Management Team and SCRUM teams to identify appropriate test environments per release. The test lead will also work cross functionally to ensure that the testing requirements are achieved when project integrations are necessary

Responsibilities :

• Develop and oversee the testing strategy
• Allocate resources effectively for testing activities
• Manage automation testers, functional testers, and CAT testers
• Assist in identifying appropriate test environments for each release
• Collaborate with the Environment Management Team and SCRUM teams
