Team Lead Developer

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Development to guide a team of developers in creating innovative solutions using Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities

Act as scrum master and coach for agile processes within the team

Mentor and manage team members while contributing to technical work and code reviews

Coordinate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and establish team KPIs

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails in production applications

Experience leading a development team in a Scrum / agile environment

Recent Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent credentials

Mastery of coding fundamentals, including SOLID principles and testing methodologies

Familiarity with standard developer tools such as Git, GitHub, and Jira
