About the Company
A highly regarded law firm in Uniondale, NY seeks a highly qualified and experienced Bankruptcy attorney to join the law firm's Bankruptcy's Practice. The attorney must be admitted to the Bar in New York. The department is very collegial and the law firm is a great place to work at.
About the Role
The attorney should have 5-10 years of bankruptcy experience and Chapter 11 experience. Litigation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Join the law firm's Bankruptcy's Practice.
- Handle bankruptcy cases with a focus on Chapter 11.
- Participate in litigation as needed.
- Must be admitted to the NY Bar.
