Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst (Remote - Work from Anywhere).

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer transactions and perform payments to vendors or business partners

Manage transaction statements for reconciliations and ensure financial data quality, supporting the Finance team

Monitor transaction processing, manage debit card disputes, and assist the Customer Support team with inquiries

Required Qualifications

Relevant experience in an Operations department, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial institutions

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field

Experience in payments, banking, financial reconciliation, or card disputes

Data-oriented mindset with advanced Excel or database skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision and a proactive, organized approach
