Interacts with employees, peers, the administrative clinical department, corporate, and executive staff in a manner conducive to continued positive relationships. Creates and maintains an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment. Assists in the development and implementation of the agency's organizational strategic planning activities and budget. Reports on analysis of findings for progress of strategic plans and other strategic dashboards. Provides oversight for the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, procedures, clinical protocols, forms, quality improvement monitors, service programs, and other components of program infrastructure every year and as needed. Directs all aspects of organization in accordance with the mission and values of agency, legal and regulatory requirements, payer and accreditation standards, customer expectations and agency policy. Provides oversight and direction to the ancillary department(s) assigned department, to the direct reports responsible for auditing, including compliance with documentation content. What is Required? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Development or related field is required 5+ years Organizational development experience required 5+ years of Health Care (PCS preferred) experience required 5+ years supervisory experience required Working knowledge of regulations and reimbursement in PCS Master's Degree in Business, Leadership, Organizational Development or related field is preferred Current RN License is Preferred This is not a comprehensive list of all job responsibilities; a full job description will be provided.
