CGRC’s High Fidelity Wraparound Supervisor coordinates all aspects of the High Fidelity Wraparound program both within & outside of CGRC.The Supervisor ensures all components of the High Fidelity Wraparound program are in compliance with the program’s process, principles, phases, and Theory of Change. They must work with not only the provider agency, but also agree to participate with the Youth & Family Training Institute in all coaching, training, credentialing and evaluation components.The Supervisor coordinates all aspects of mental health care for the participating clients with the CGRC treatment programs, outside providers and court-related professionals.The Supervisor serves as the face of the program both within CGRC and through the community. Some key responsibilities include : Complete and comply with the Youth and Family Training Institute’s Coach Credentialing, the Five Day High Fidelity Wraparound Team Training, Advanced Training and Credentialing Renewal as well as any other mandatory county and state trainings. Ensure all components of the program are in compliance with the High Fidelity Wraparound model, including staff requirements as described by the Joint Planning Team Implementation Template Document. Work with supervisors from other systems involved with the team to guarantee an organized ‘System of Care’ for children and family members. Provide individualized performance-based coaching driven by Professional Development Plans (PDP’s) with focused activities of the Coaching Circuit; (supervision occurs as needed) for each staff member at least one hour each week. Provide group coaching weekly for all staff members focused on staff needs and driven by PDP’s. Ensure that all team plans are individualized, strength-based, culturally competent, and there are specific goals focused on the skill-sets for each of the roles including ongoing crisis prevention. Ensure the principles and steps of the High Fidelity Wraparound process are delivered with the highest possible fidelity. Teach Facilitators, Youth Support Partners and Family Support Partners how to implement the High Fidelity Wraparound process with fidelity by focusing on objective performance data. Who is CGRC?
