Job Leadership And Execution Of Infrastructure Services
Responsible for providing leadership and driving the execution of multi-discipline infrastructure services across the world. The role involves leading a team or team of teams focused across the digital operations space to include infrastructure, end user support, network, etc. The individual will improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organizations mission, specifically supporting better management reporting, information flow, and management, business process, and organizational planning. The role also involves proactively identifying and resolving issues and making recommendations for improvements to existing processes. Additionally, the individual will lead cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments, establish governance structures, and track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met.
The role requires a minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a bachelors degree, or 11 years of professional experience with an associates degree, or 13 years of professional experience with a high school diploma. The candidate must have minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT Operations. Military experience is equivalent to professional experience. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Desired characteristics include technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. The candidate should have a strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies, demonstrated understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, knowledge of business and financial principles and practices, and demonstrated ability to manage team / product operations across the product ecosystem and make trade offs based on key business priorities. The candidate should also have experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization, ability to decompose problems and make decisions when problems or solutions are not fully defined, and experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity, ability to proactively identify and remove obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team, strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute concrete action plans, strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines and to prioritize under pressure.
The base pay range for this position is $150,800-$251,300 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidates experience, education, and skill set. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of the base salary / commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on November 4th, 2025.
