Job Details

Respiratory care for patients on medical floors, adult critical care and the emergency room, consisting of breathing treatments, secretion mobilization, non-invasive and invasive ventilation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, intubation assistance, drawing and analyzing blood gases, obtaining EKGs.

Equipment utilized includes Ventilators – Avea, Puritan Bennett 840, 3100 B HFOV, VentiPac transport ventilator, Non-invasive ventilators – V60 and Vision, IPV, Capnostream 20 ETCO2, OmniCell medication dispenser, EPIC EMR.

Minimum of 1 year experience required.

Job Requirements

RRT certification required.

Active OR state licensure required.

BLS certification required.

Schedule Information

12 hour night shift 1830-0700 with weekends.

Will not work alone, generally 8 staff on shift.

Call not expected.

Unit Specific Information

Floating to other units / departments will occur.
