Job Description

Oversee day-to-day site operations for multifamily construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and budget. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Review plans and specifications, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and quality. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs and progress reports. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Manage material deliveries and equipment usage for optimal efficiency. Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site.
