Position Summary

Our Client is seeking two full-time Contract Attorneys to join its nationally recognized Real Estate Investment and Finance (REIF) practice for a 6-month engagement, with potential for extension or full-time hire. These roles will support a high-volume, year-end transactional push and provide coverage for ongoing parental leaves. The attorneys will work closely with the Partnership on sophisticated real estate transactions involving institutional lenders, investors, and developers.

Role 1 : Lender-Side Finance Focus (Mid-Level / Senior Associate Equivalent)

This attorney will focus on lender-side real estate finance transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan documents, managing closings, and advising on deal structure and risk. Experience leading or co-leading lender-side deals is essential.

Role 2 : Equity-Side Transactions Focus (Mid-Level / Senior Associate Equivalent)

This attorney will focus on equity-side real estate transactions, including :

• Purchase and sale agreements
• Joint venture structuring and documentation
• Leasing experience is a plus but not required
