About the Role
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be at the forefront of Ghost's growth; identifying and engaging new leads, building a high-quality pipeline of buyers and sellers, and converting them into long-term customers. You'll introduce clients to our private marketplace and innovative product suite, build trust in Ghost as the go-to B2B distribution solution, and drive revenue through strategic relationship management. Your work will directly shape the future of our business.

Our target base compensation for this position can range from $110,000.00 - $140,000.00. This position is eligible to participate in our incentive commission plan. The actual amounts may vary based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
