Client Success Manager

This Florida based software development company is looking for an Client Success Manager who will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to QuoteWerks customers.

The Client Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customer communications regarding existing subscriptions, collaborating with Tech Support for technical issues and the Billing Administrator for invoicing matters.

This role also supports larger sales campaigns and manages the ongoing maintenance of active accounts.

This is an on-site position located in Orlando, FL.
