SAP OCM LEAD (LIFE SCIENCES) (San Francisco)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP OCM Lead to guide the change management strategy and execution for a large-scale SAP transformation program within the Life Sciences sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can engage with executive stakeholders, build adoption plans, and lead end-to-end change initiatives in alignment with business transformation goals through 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the change management strategy for SAP transformation initiatives (S / 4HANA, MES, Workday, Concur, Procurement).
• Partner closely with business leadership and project teams to align transformation objectives with adoption outcomes.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness planning across multiple global functions.
• Design and manage the communication, training, and enablement framework for system rollout.
• Serve as the main OCM liaison between business and IT to ensure alignment and commitment.
• Track change adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed throughout deployment phases.
• Mentor and manage junior change management consultants.
