You will be the Financial Analyst Sr for the Rotary Wing Sensors (RWS) Sustainment team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial analysis to support Program Management through managing multiple contracts and ensuring programs meet their financial, schedule, and contractual requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Analyst Sr you will be responsible for managing contracts through costmanagement efforts, establishing and managing program cost baselines, supporting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analyses, establishing budgets and sales forecasts, monitoring performance through detailed variance analyses, executing adhoc financial analyses, and summarizing financial data.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Creating, maintaining, and tracking program budgets to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and funding analysis
• Coordinating quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process for Corporate Contract Status Reporting (CSR) that encompasses forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash (OSP&C)
• Managing contracts through costmanagement efforts, including processing invoices, addressing financial issues, monitoring expenditures and supporting adhoc and internal reporting requirements
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including Program Management, Business Operations, and Finance, to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals
• Analyzing performance through an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) that highlights cost and schedule performance, Variance at Complete (VAC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC) data

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related degree

Understanding of negotiating functional budgets and analyzing performance variances

Knowledge of quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process to include program Risks & Opportunities and experience with Contract Status Reporting (CSR)

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment

Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to stakeholders

Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Adapt to change and digital transformation

Desired Skills :

Experience with financial tools including SAP, MFC Electronic Financial Systems (EFS), MFC Electronic Contracting Environment (ECE), MFC Billings and Oracle LM Financials

Awareness of 1LMX initiatives to include COBRA & Oracle

Knowledge of Direct Contracts : Fixed Price (FP) and Cost Plus (CP) contracts

Displays exceptional organization, communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with forecasting Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash Flow

Self-starter with motivation to perform with excellence

Awareness of Earned Value Management System policies and procedures and associated metrics (EV Lite)

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
