This role requires an in‑depth knowledge of accounting to prepare the financial reports, as well as experience with a business sale to provide information and support during this effort.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the accounting department to ensure smooth day‑to‑day transactions
- Provide insightful analysis of financial trends, variances, and budget comparisons to support informed decision‑making.
- Inform key stakeholders of financial status
- Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to executives and investors
- Assist in quality of earnings effort by providing requested information
- Assist in the potential sales process
- Support due diligence effort by maintaining relevant financial information
