Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or equivalent
9 months of experience in a Customer Care Associate role
Experience in a high-touch customer service environment
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
