Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity Near Chesterfield, VA

We are seeking highly qualified Emergency Medicine Physicians for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions near Chesterfield, VA. This permanent role offers the chance to work in a Level I Trauma Center, delivering top-quality care in a fast-paced, high-volume emergency department. Position Profile :

  • Facility Type : Level I Trauma Center
  • Annual ED Visits : 68,000
  • Physician Coverage : Double-physician coverage for enhanced care and efficiency
  • Specialty Services : Level I Burn Center and a separate pediatric emergency department

Key Details :

  • Position Type : Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
  • Shift Structure : Full-time physicians are expected to work 120 hours per month
  • Board Certification Requirements :

    • ABEM / AOBEM board certification required

  • On-Call Duties : No on-call duties
  • 2025 Residents Accepted : No
  • New Grads Accepted : Yes, new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Visa Candidates Accepted : No
  • Contract Type : Independent Contractor (IC) / 1099
