About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paratransit Scheduler to support the efficient operation of our ADA address-to-address transportation system . This role involves utilizing scheduling software to create and optimize daily schedules, maintaining trip subscriptions, and ensuring operational performance meets service standards. If you have experience in dispatching or scheduling , this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vital transportation service.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Trapeze scheduling software to create and adjust daily schedules for ADA transportation services .
• Analyze daily schedules to improve on-time performance and service efficiency .
• Perform ongoing maintenance of customer trip subscriptions , including system templates for regular trips and daily service.
• Track and document post-day system performance , including operating metrics and service parameters .
• Maintain accurate internal records for location closures, customer data updates, and trip cancellations .
