Patient Quality Representative

A company is looking for a Patient Quality Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming patient and insurance correspondence and verify sensitive information

Update protected health information and manage identity theft affidavits

Document all actions and updates thoroughly in account records

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

1+ years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting

Familiarity with HIPAA, FDCPA, and FCRA regulations

Associate's degree preferred

Understanding of medical billing concepts is a plus
