Territory Sales Manager needed to support the expansion of a leading Medical Device Company

- $85,000 - $90,000 + uncapped quarterly bonus + complete benefits package
A growing medical device company who is a leader in the medical implant space is looking to hire a Territory Sales Manager that would be able to develop and manage market regions in order to support the high demands of patient's needs across the territory.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills as well as experience in orthopedic sales / medical device sales.
The company prefers for organic growth so there is no ceiling for career progression. This is strictly an expansion hire;
it is something that will be tailored around the right candidate.
The Territory Sales Manager will have responsibilities that include :
- Foreseeing new market opportunities for revenue growth
- Maximizing company profit
- Growing the initial sales territory
- Leading all territory sales efforts
- Building relationships with healthcare providers and organizations within the given region
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set :
- 1+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience overall.
- Implementing sales strategy.
- Excellent client management and organization skills
- Business to Business experience
- Experience selling in an operating room (OR)
