Summary :

Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead MEP design efforts, mentor junior staff, and help drive the continued growth of our firm. This role requires hands-on HVAC and plumbing design in Revit , strong leadership skills, and a practical understanding of construction . The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and ready to take an active role in project delivery, internal training, and business development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead HVAC and plumbing system design for a range of building types
• Manage and mentor a team of at least 3 junior engineers and designers
• Coordinate with electrical, architectural, and structural teams
• Perform HVAC load calculations, Title 24 compliance modeling, and system sizing
• Design domestic water, waste, and vent systems
• Produce and review coordinated Revit models and construction documents
• Conduct site visits, field verification, and provide support during construction
• Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Apply a practical understanding of construction methods and sequencing to improve design outcomes and reduce field conflicts
