Stallant Health & Wellness is inviting applications for a Dietitian to join our newly opened Rural Health Clinic in Highland, CA. This role plays an essential part in supporting patient health through nutrition expertise, education, and individualized care, while contributing to our overall culture of wellness and excellence.

We are seeking a Dietitian who not only demonstrates strong clinical and nutritional expertise but also shares our vision that how care is delivered is just as meaningful as the care itself. Duties would include :
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and kidney disease.
- Offer counseling and education on healthy eating, meal planning, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, and other care team members to integrate nutrition into holistic patient care.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and document all encounters in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Lead group education sessions, plant based cooking schools, or community wellness initiatives to promote healthy living.
- Stay current with evidence-based nutrition guidelines and maintain compliance with state, federal, and clinic standards.
Qualifications :
Masters degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field from an accredited program.ACEND-accredited supervised practice completed.Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).Active California licensure (if required by state regulations).1+ year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.Experience in outpatient, primary care, or rural health settings is a plus.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cultural competency skills.Current CPR / BLS CertificationIEHP Credentialing requiredSalary
