Job Description : We are seeking an
BS / MS scientist
with strong experience of cell / molecular biology to join our ongoing cross-functional effort of understanding the biology behind the regulation and degradation of the therapeutic protein
Botulinum toxin . In this position within the
Protein Degradation Platform
Team, you will play a key role in driving our effort to understand protein interaction partners of the
neurotoxin , as well as driving engineering effort to achieve next-generation therapeutic toxin.
Responsibilities :
Broad molecular biology techniques such as
PCR, plasmid cloning, Western Bloting, Protein purification .
Mammalian cell culture (stable cell lines, iPSCs and primary culture)
and
transfection (plasmid and lentivirus)
Communicate scientific findings as verbal presentations and written reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate execution on projects within established timelines.
Experience :
At least 2 years of molecular / cell biology experience in an academic or industrial research laboratory setting
At least
2 years of tissue culture experience
Strong attention to detail in maintaining experiment
Passion for research and learning new techniques
Enthusiasm for collaboration and open science and team-oriented mindset
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Skills :

Education : B.Sc / M.Sc.
