We’re seeking a People Operations Manager who loves creating both scalable systems and great employee experiences to join our People Ops team in NYC. As a People Ops Manager, you’ll manage the operational backbone of our People Ops function, including HR processes, systems, compliance, and employee engagement, while also helping make our NYC office an energizing, connected space. You’ll report directly to our Director of People Ops and partner closely with our LA-based People team, the VP of Finance, and cross-functional leaders to ensure that Regard’s culture and operations scale seamlessly as we continue to grow.

At Regard, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience. We expect the base salary range for this position to be $130,000 to $150,000. This is subject to change and may be modified in the future. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
