Today, patients look to promising medical research when standard treatments have failed them. Unfortunately, there is no single source of truth that patients can understand and trust. The status quo is a government run website which is written in complex medical jargon that is impossible for most people to navigate.

At the same time, clinical trials are the bottleneck on medical innovationnew medicine takes almost 10 years to test, costs >

$2B to develop, and over 86% of all clinical trials are delayed because they can't find enough patients. This is one of the biggest problems facing the life science industry.

Power is the easiest way for patients to access promising new studies. We help more patients find treatments, and accelerate the discovery of novel medicine as we go.

• ???? The role

Power is reaching the point where our product really works. Given this, were looking for a demand gen marketer to help us scale our GTM motions.

If we were to zoom in, youll likely spend time :

• Orchestrating our b2b marketing function. Youll come up with and execute marketing / growth initiatives to engage, identify, and capture demand from clinical trial sponsors.
• Building automation and growth systems. Well approach demand gen as a compounding system. Once we figure out somethings working, youll build the tools, automations, and agents to enable those activities to scale many times over.
• Data and analytics. Youll obsess with data. Every visitor, email, and interaction will be measured, quantified, and built into an ongoing hypothesis for how to grow faster.

This role will be based in our SF office.

• ???? Ideal Qualifications :
• We dont believe in strict years of experience but our ideal candidate likely has a few years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Youve probably spent time engaging B2B accounts in an ABM motion. You know your way around a CRM data model.
• Youre technical enough to build your own automations and run your own analyses. Youre familiar with marketing automation and SQL.
• You spend nights and weekends tinkering on agents and side projects because its fun. Youre probably already using cursor.
• And youve also learned how to duct tape a v1 concept in order to validate an idea (webflow ? typeform ? zapier ? airtable)
• A background in pharma R&D or clinical research is a plus but we believe this is learnable
