Job Title : V.P of Revenue Cycle

Location : Remote (Occasional travel required, every 6 weeks for corporate meetings)

Duration : Full time

Qualifications :

• Experience in revenue cycle operations within for-profit physician groups or MSOs (Management Services Organizations).
• Multi-state experience within physician group settings is strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in healthcare startups, with a proven ability to scale operations rapidly.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare reimbursement landscape, payer contracting, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in private equity–backed healthcare organizations is strongly preferred.
• Background in pediatrics or internal medicine is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the emerging role of technology (automation, AI, analytics) in revenue cycle transformation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
