Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex projects, from initiation to closure. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, with proven experience in project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and deliver multiple projects, including client implementations, WMS / TMS upgrades, process improvements, and facility expansions.

Develop project plans with clear scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.

Manage stakeholders across internal teams, clients, and vendors with effective communication.

Oversee budgets, resources, risks, and issues to ensure successful outcomes.

Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership.

Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and lessons-learned practices.

Qualifications :

3–5+ years of professional project management experience.

Logistics, supply chain, or 3PL industry experience strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience with WMS / TMS projects a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma a plus.

Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS Office applications.

Additional Information :

Full-time, onsite role with up to 25% travel to client sites, vendor locations, or distribution centers.

Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm
