Store Hours : Open daily, Sunday through Saturday (weekend and holiday availability required)

Work Schedule : Part-time | Weekends and holidays will be required depending on business needs.

About the Role : Our Sales Assistants receive exposure to varying aspects of sales, operations, inventory management, interior design, and retail visuals. Your success in this role will be measured by providing exceptional customer service, being a team member, building relationships, and supporting your peers in all facets of the business. You will report to the Assistant Manager.

Compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $21.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business / organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
