HVAC/MEP PROJECT MANAGER

A high-preforming Mechanical Contractor with a reputation for skill in the industry is seeking an experienced HVAC/Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction to the finished structure, interfacing with both customers and construction professionals. Qualifications:
Job Summary: Manages all aspects of HVAC/MEP projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of control projects. Accountable for assigned projects scope of work schedule, and budget.
