Board eligible / board certified Palliative Medicine

Inpatient setting

Established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time LPN, and a full-time licensed social worker

Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred

Education

Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine

Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or General Surgery

Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship

Monday " Friday (5 days / 40 hours per week)

Salary : $250K guarantee with additional medical director earnings available

$50K sign on / $50 start date incentives
