Guardian has an opportunity for a Full Time Community Manager to join our team at Spruce Park ! Spruce Park is an affordable apartment community located in Portland, OR with 72 units.
The Community Manager will work to ensure that the property meets ownership goals and objectives, enforce Guardian Management policies and procedures, and adhere to Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws at all times. A Community Manager is responsible for supervision of other property staff and vendors to provide outstanding customer service to residents, maintain curb appeal, provide well-timed property maintenance, safeguard the financial health of the property, confirm timely compliance with government and program requirements, and complete all required paperwork and reports on time.
For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative.
Schedule : 40 hours per week; 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM.
Compensation : $26.00 – $28.00 per hour DOE + Benefits.
