Key Responsibilities
Lead industrialization efforts from a production perspective during program launches
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers under contract management plans
Identify and implement process improvements using change management tools
Develop and deliver manufacturing methods aligned with lean and DES principles
Plan and execute new product trials and resolve complex inefficiencies
Create and manage project plans to meet launch objectives
Support knowledge management and continuous learning initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Contribute to costing, budgeting, and reporting activities
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
Strong skills in project planning, process development, and technical operations
Ability to work independently and guide others
Experience with contract coordination, negotiation, and resource planning
Familiarity with lean manufacturing, DES, and continuous improvement tools
