Senior Electrical Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and manufacturing of advanced pharmacy automation systems. This role will focus on sustaining engineering efforts, ensuring product reliability, cost-effective sourcing, and seamless integration with Product Operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong commitment to product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of robotic systems from concept through production, including prototyping, testing, validation, and certification.
• Manage and support multiple R&D initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Enhance the performance and reliability of existing and future products through hands-on electrical engineering expertise.
• Translate complex system-level requirements into robust electrical architectures and specifications.
• Support legacy products by developing diagnostic tools, test setups, and firmware updates.
• Design and refine systems involving robotics, motion control, power electronics, and embedded control.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all electrical components and systems.
• Provide technical support for regulatory compliance and certification processes across multiple product lines.
