Product Enablement Manager

LPL Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven Product Enablement Manager. This role will be responsible for enabling the overall success of the Product team and will provide operational support, ensure consistent usage and execution of tools and processes, track and analyze key metrics and updates, and support in feedback gathering and advisor engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing product operations within a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with Product Managers, Program Leads, and Scrum teams to execute on key initiatives across the product lifecycle.
• Support the creation and maintenance of key artifacts (roadmaps, status reports, dependency trackers).
• Support in maintaining excellent tool and process hygiene (e.g., JIRA tracking, backlog reviews).
• Client feedback tracking, review, and follow up.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), delivery health, and operational metrics.
• Support audit readiness and compliance documentation for product-related activities.
• Identify gaps in operational processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support capacity planning, resource tracking, and budget alignment across product teams.

Pay Range : $106,088-$176,813 / year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
